1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking slot.
- Booking is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the event will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Late Arrival Policy
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed from the scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced event duration without compensation.
- Arrivals beyond 30 minutes may lead to cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.
- No refunds will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.
4. Usage Rules
- Smoking, Drinking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to property will be charged to the booking party. Parents are advised to take care of their kids so as not to cause any damage to the property.
- Guests must adhere to the scheduled time slot and theatre guidelines.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Celebrations Zone is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct.
6. Outside Food and Beverage Policy and Service Fee
6.1. General Policy & Prior Approval:
The consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages not sourced from the Theatre's concession is generally prohibited. An exception is permitted only upon the Guest obtaining explicit written approval from Management at least 48 hours prior to the booking time.
6.2. Mandatory Hygiene and Service Fee:
For all approved external food items, a mandatory, non-refundable Outside Food & Service Fee will be applied to the invoice. This charge is specifically allocated to cover enhanced cleaning protocols, waste removal, and maintenance of strict hygiene standards within the theatre and lounge spaces following the consumption of external food. The fee must be paid in full before the booking commences. Please contact us for the specific fee amount.
6.3. Prohibited Items and Liability:
- Alcohol: Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden. Violation of this clause will result in immediate booking termination without refund.
- Liability: The Guest accepts full responsibility for the quality, safety, and allergen status of all external food items. The Theatre is held harmless against any resulting claims related to such external items.
